同學們，今個sem o既 CONSULATION MEETING已經係今日開左喇~
你地提出o既意見亦都有討論過，大致結果如下：

1.關於locker問題

因為locker排邊係SAO負責，本系無從改善，而且，year 2比我們更不幸，他們locker在Y Core~(((所以阿Q點接受現實吧))))

2.關於加廿四小時溫習室

ST 六樓已經發揮這功用，如果要溫書，可以去LIBRARY廿四，所以暫時未作考慮

3.關於更多雜誌和Intimate Fashion Show VCD

外借是不能了，可是圖書館五樓有更多可以外借的雜誌，而fashion show VCD聽聞三樓有很多，每年都有訂新，大家可以去睇下

另外，ST六樓STUDIO成日都有播內衣秀，T core prodium亦有Fashion TV，有時間可以睇下

4.關於衣車既多少

嗯，主要係ZIG-ZAG M/C o既問題，我們系現有四部，己比往年多(((又係阿q點吧)))

因為考慮到大家都不夠時間車功課，考慮book星期四的下午作我系Self Study 之用

5.關於更多Factory Visit

(((遲d會多到你想喊)))

6.關於學費

好像每年都有向學校申請轉做UGC，不過即使是我們自己的department也不覺得有此必要，一直以來我系也只靠內衣業業界支持，本系的支助比其他系多很多，cad同某科design都可以申謮持續進修基金，大家可以考慮

7.關於fyp太少時間

嗯....其實也有半年時間準備吧﹖而且我們sem2老師也會提及fyp的brefing，我們可以今年sem2開始準備，特別留意有一科叫Scientific Evaluation 什麼的，可以早點prepare，聽聞workload不輕

原來下星期就要交kristina的basic bar!!!!!!!!!((((是不是只有我一個不知道??)))

只剩兩堂吧﹖﹖﹖我的功課現在還是組件.....T口T

還有.....

WEEK8開始有JOANN堂...一星期兩堂

大概會有一個group assignment

一個factory visit(late november)

一個individual report

所以大家預時間吧

Dear Classmate,

The CONSULATION MEETING on this semester has been hold on 9^th Octomber,2007. What you have suggested have been discussed by all our teachers.

Below are the result:

1.      About the locker

Well, actually where our lockers are located is the SAO response, not our staff. Therefore we have no step to take about the far distance. Our condisciple (year 2) are much more unfortunate?their Lockers located at Y core(  =__=)?/FONT>

2.      About the 24-hours study room

Some of you suggest that we should have a 24-hour study room. Yet the 6^th

Floor of the ST Core already provided this function. ST provide you guys with sewing machines and pattern table. If you mean to study written work, you can go to our library 24-hours study room^^

3.      About providing more intimate magazine and fashion show VCD

Lending out services is mainly impossible for our intimate library, yet the 5^th floorof Pao Yu Gun Library provide more all rounded fashion magazines , the 3^rd floor also provide the latest version intimate fashion show VCD, you are always welcome to watch there.

Besides, our studio at 6^th Floor always broadcast intimate fashion show. There is also intimate show broadcasting at the podium of T Core.

4.      About more sewing machines and zig-zag sewing machines

Ahhe most short is the zig-zag sewing machines, up till now we got four zig-zag sewing machines in our sewing Lab. It is already more when compare with the last two years. (( we need to be content=_=?

Having consider we may not have enough time to finish our homework, we may book the Thursday afternoon as a self-study class.

5.      About more factory-visit and exhibition

6.      About the school fee

We have tried to apply the UGC programme every year, yet even out department do not think that it is critical. I am sorry to tell that we can only get support from our industry.

We do have bursary and scholarship for students to apply.

The course Creative Intimate Fashion Design and Intimate Pattern CAD which we can take in the following semester can also apply the Continuing Education Fund.^^

We would have Joann's lesson-->Intimate Textile and Accesories will begin on Week 8. We would have

1 group assignment

1 factory visit (late November)

1 individual report
